Long rod from the swash to the mixer: Go IN closer to the pivot.
Short from the swash to the see saw: Go OUT further from the pivot.
You do NOT have to necessarily do both. For now, try just going in one hole on the long rod side OR out one on the short rod side.
Remember that paddle weight plays a role as well and that you can lower the bell hiller ratio to the point the model is lightning quick on the cyclics but also unstable and unpleasant to fly.
