I had a question in reference towards my Fury 55 Built.
Looking at the picture below, I wanted to know that do I need to install any screw there.
If so, which one?

You only need the screw in the front/inner clamp.
As i can see you allready have installed in the photo.

The tailboom will not slip out, doing fast pirostuff.

I had another query regarding my Fury 55.

When I start my engine, the starter shaft hex starts rotating the moment I pull off my starter from it. Is this something normal?

I know that it happens with my Raptor x 50, but never happened with my JR Vibe 50.

Yes it's normal for it to spin, however there is a oneway bearing in the clutch as you know, so it is possible for the start shaft to stop. If, when the engine is not running, you cannot spin the start shaft by hand easily the opposite direction then you may have a slightly mis-aligned engine. You can loosen the engine mount bolts slightly, and use your starter to pop the engine over a few times to better align the start shaft in the oneway bearing.

But if i leave it the way it is, will it harm anything?

If your engine is slightly mis-aligned, it would be better to adjust it.
