I need a receiver and ignition battery pack for my Radikal G20. Will this pack work for the receiver and ignition? Thanks!

Rx Pack

Yes that will work, I'm running mine with a 4000ma lipo, ign and rx, I have had no problems with it, was told I could not do that, needed 2 battery packs, went with one, if your running 8717 JR servos, they need a lot of juice(ma)I'm running Align 610s with a Align 2 in 1 and it pulls about 600ma a 12 minute flight, no hard 3D. You wont have a problem with that pack. I use a 2s 3300mah lipo, power 3 8717's, and a brushless tail servo, and my EI unit from just that pack. And i do hard 3d.. You should not have a problem with it.

Flight time

Does anyone know how many flights you can get in before recharging a 3200mAh pack? Also does people run a voltage monitor for there reciver packs? Thanks!

Voltage monitors are kind of a thing of the past with lipo rx packs.

As for the flight time, what kind of radio gear are you using?

If your using all digital, very powerful servo's, id say about 2-5 flights depending on your flying style. If your using less powerful servos, id say from 4-7 flights before charging, again depending on your flying style.

Setup

I'm going to use Hyperion DS20 FMD servos for cyclic and throttle and a Align 650 tail servo and Spartan 760 gyro. Not into 3D flying. Still in the learning process and getting my skills down.

hmm

Just running a 2100 lipo feeding it to a reg then to EI. I think the reg issue is the stock EI cannot run on high voltage? I have been told the stock EI is heavier and uses more current. On a FBL, savox on high volt its taking out 1000+ a flight. I am waiting on the RXL to come in any day. Other than the huge current draw the hyperions can be charged pretty quick to make up for it.

I ended up using two...

I have tried it both ways. Ran ei and electronics off one lipo and ended up going back to two battery setup. I was running align 610s and using a beastx FBL system on a 3600 lipo regulated off a Arizona regulator. It would eat about 950 to 1100 mAh per flight with the single setup. Now I have added a 2600 NiMH 4.8v pack and can get 4 almost 5 full flights before I have to charge.

I use the Thunder Power Lite RX 3600mAh 7.4V LiPo. The one you are showing is too big to fit in the aft battery tray.
