i have the competition 50 finally ready but i have a problem.first i install the main gear then i put the engine but if i tight up the engine on the mounts it tights up and the clutch wont turn it blocks the entire engine any ideas??should i install first the clutch bell and at the end the engine??what i have to do????

fit the clutch unit firstly and leave the mounting bolts just a bit loose , now fit the engine and bolt it up making sure the engine sits nice and straight vertically , now remove the glow plug and use a stater to turn the engine over for about 3 secounds. then carefull tighten up the cluch bolts nice and firm [ add lock tite ] now what you want to do now is turn the main shaft around by hand to make sure all turns freely and also turn the main gear by hand to make sure the clutch turns around nice and free. you might have to play around abit to get this correct so just take you time until all is free.
