puma, I did the same as you but found the push pull links hit the elevator servo at full pitch & cyclic. Solved this by bolting the servo on the outside of the frame (no spacers needed) & servo balls on the outside of the servo arm. The canopy *justs* fits over the servo!
Dr.Phil, note that QUK link ends are a bit too loose on ENV balls. That would mean ENV link ends would be too tight on QUK balls. Unless you matched QUK links to QUK balls.
For my Vbar setup, I'm using all stock ENV links & balls. Balls 10mm out on all 3 ccpm servos, balls on inner holes of bellcranks. In Vbar, 80 cyclic gives 8 degs cyclic, spot on! Collective is something like 85 for 13 degs, within range.
My ENV is the most precise heli I've ever flown!
