Has anyone tried this charger on 24volts yet? The manual states 10-18 nominal, just wondering if it will work (or let the magic smoke out) on 24V.

I would assume that 10-18V is the specific acceptable range, not the nominal range. I would very much doubt it will work on 24V.

Thanks, that's why I ended up doing what you showed on your website and put 2 taps, one 12, one 24 on the one I built with server power supplies. From my own testing I know that when I use my DUO, charging 2 5S packs at 3.8 amps I draw 22 amps total, and when using the 4X6, charging 4 5S batteries at a max of 2.5 amps(limited by the charger), it draws 19 amps so I will be okay using both of the taps at once.

Great website and lot's of good, useful, easy to understand information.
