I have some G-10 in 1/8" sheet and need to have some thicker pieces.
Can I glue or epoxy the 1/8" together successfully?

The lot I got is not a lot, but I thank God a lot for the lot I got!

Sand the mating surfaces so the 30min. or better Epoxy has something to grab on to.

Be careful about squeezing the surfaces too close together (using clamps). You want to ensure an even bond line without sacrificing strength.

+1 on sanding. You need to scuff the polyester matrix. Be sure to clean the surfaces before gluing.

That should work. I've used J&B on 2-stroke gas tanks and it held for over 5 years.
