Sounds like a dumb question, asking if a pulley is supposed to move, however mine move in and out. On my x50 which I haven't flown yet, I am able to push the red pulleys at the front of the heli in against the belt. With not tooo much effort, they will push in and out of the pulley "socket". I think I have enough belt tension so is it typical to have the pulleys move? It seems like the belt is the only thing holding them in palce.

The belt will push the pulleys to the out side of the frame, nothing to worry about.

Nothing wrong with running your Vibe 50 at 2100rpm, if you have metal main Hub and Grips.

All Raptors with the belt do that , no worry just check tension of belt when you get flying it .

In all of my old raptors, the pulleys actually snapped in and would stay without the belt holding them out. My X50's pulleys are definitely looser. I think this would make running a loose belt worse due to the pulleys starting to wobble and allowing the belt to flop around. I don't like it, and wish they fit a little tighter. I keep good tabs on my belt, so I'm not going to stress about it.

I mixed up a little 5 min epoxy and put a little on both ends with a toothpic.very easy and gives me some piece of mind,I know they would snap back in,but the lightest pressure seemed to make them come out.Now I don't have to worry about it.

it's better to ask for forgiveness than for permission

You people might want to try some heat shrink tube on the ends of the pins.

I like the shrink tube idea. If that doesn't work, I'm gonna ad a touch of epoxy.
