I am putting a new raptor 60 together and I'd like to put a century 60/90 size jet ranger fuse on the raptor 60 mechanics. My question is do these mechanics fit into this fuse? And if so who makes landing gear as the century/funkey does not come with them.
Thanks, Dave

the raptor will fit in the fuselage fine. as for landing gear, the 60 size jetranger made specially for the radikal does come with scale gear but it seems only the one for the rad does. anyway, most of us modellers make our own scale gear using brakeline tubing from the auto parts store. fairly easy to do. myself and Jestr have been known to help folks out when we have the time
here are a few i've built

Just for the record, thats a MD530 in your pictures, not a Jet Ranger

Thats a Jet Ranger, and some brake line skids ...

Thanks for the info guys! Doc, the gear on your burgandy jet ranger with the steps look great. Any issues or concerns with the century fuse?? I have the unpainted one so it will be easy to do any mods if needed before painting.
BTW I know the pics a 530,just other heli's I have and for some reason they are attached to anything I post

I wonder if you have the links embeded in your signature.

Edit your profile, clear out the signature line and see what happens.
The code will look like this but without the spaces after the [

Emile, are you just soldering or brazing the brake line for the skids, or is someone TIG welding it for you?

All helis and planes have an expiration date stamped on them...you only find it after you crash!!

Thanks for all the info! I'm also going flybarless on this project ( had to try it sooner or later ) G-force head, Raptor 90 se blade grips, beastx fbl control. A couple guys here in my area have run this set-up with very good results.
I have a servo question, all my other heli's I use futaba 9252's on everything besides the tail which I use futaba 9254's. On this project I'm still using a 9254 on the tail but am gonna try the spektrum h6040's on all the other controls. Has any one here had experience with the 6040's??? good or bad I'd like to know.
Thanks, Dave
