Hi,
after the third flight of my new Velocity 50,one of the three Cap Screws (M2x6mm) are broken. It was the screw that fits the linkage ball for the Linkage Rod D (aileron bell crank). How can this happen??
Many screws of the linkage balls are M2.Other helis has M3.
My Velocity has the FBL Head from Outrage. The Screw that fits the linkage ball in the blade grip is also M2!!! I remember that the screw can withstand the forces?Do you have any problems with it?I have a bad feeling so fly with this M2 screws.
Thanks!

Sorry but my english is not the best.

I got a bunch of Quick UK Rocket Links & Balls, but didn't catch the size diff. 2mm-3mm till after I ordered.

Align 600s use M2 and you never heard of them failing... I was also concerned about the links on the Velo and used Align links/balls. Working for me...

I do not belive ther is a problem with the 2mm but it is very easy to overtighten one. I suspect that happened
If you realy wanted to you could tap them out to 3mm and fit the QU balls

The only bolts I ever had any problems with were the ones on the swashplate i received. and in that case I beleive that they too were over tightened. Remember you don't have to crank them down, jsut snug them up with moderate pressure.
