i know that jan makes every thing him self!including the parts for these helis,
and for those of you in the U.S that fly these bad a$$ helis i was wondering how long it usually takes yall to get parts for repair? i know the wait to get one of these helis is pretty long so is the wait for part about the same?

It was posted in earlier thread, think it was 2-3 weeks (3-being max. ) that it takes to get repair-parts (to US), this is one of his highest-priorities

The problem is not parts in stock but the shipping time, Jan always ships my orders within 2 days without fail.

Shipping from Europe always takes longer than Asia and US for myself (Australia)

Yeah, has anyone been in contact with Revolution? I ordered some parts this summer and never heard a word from them, I email several times and nothing. Never charged my credit card, but I would expect some type of communication. It wasn't a priority because I haven't been flying much lately but I think this is poor business.

^^^^ I had same thing happen to me (on-line order with Revolution), never received confirmation or replies to e-mails, no-charges to CC. I have read posts, of members here in the states, that placed orders and received their parts. Not sure if they had a more "established-account" with Revolution (I was a first-time purchaser)(?))

I wasn't a first time buyer. In the past I have had good service, I have the nitro version and they don't list the nitro specific parts on their site. I called and they hooked me up. It was a pain calling England, and I didn't want to have to do that again. Might have to now and see what's up. I will let you guys know what they say, if you want.

Absolutely, if there's a specific way to place orders (maybe they prefer phone call now (if here in the states ?))

It would be good to know as I've seen others have problems getting orders through in the past.

Yeah I looked at that, he doesn't take credit cards though. Don't you have to do a wire transfer, or something like that?
