as for tracking, that is one pain in the back side,,, tracking is like flying, you will get better at it the more you fly,,,

what I do,,,
first I make a "very" small mark on 1 of my main blade grips with my hobby knife, and another small mark (the same side) on the rotor block, I do this so I can always put the same blade grip on the same side of the rotor block if I happen to take the rotor head apart, and for the blade that is used in this marked grip I always put a very small sticker at the bottom of it's blade root, for the same reason, so, if I take my rotor head apart I always know what blade goes in what grip and what grip goes on what side of the rotor block, so I know that everything is back together the same way it was before I took it apart,,,

the best advice I can give you is to buy a yellow plastic dial calipers, these calipers have millimeter on the bottom of the slide,,,

how to use the dial calipers with your linkage,,,
say you have 2 linkages that need to be the same lengths, first you set the 2 linkage as close to what the manual recommends, then you measure the the linkage end to end from inside the holes, and adjust the linkage so you know the 2 linkage ends are the same length,,, do this for each set of linkage that need to have equal lengths,,,

examples,,,
1) the 2 linkages from the swash to bell mixers
2) the 2 linkages from the bell mixers to the flybar
3) the 2 linkages from the swash to the bell cranks

"sense I have been using this system I have NEVER had to adjust my tracking !! !!"
