Just began running G2 with my 10X and am having issues with the calibration. What channel assignments should I be using for
1. Throttle hold
2. Idle up

and anything else you might know of.

Any help would be appreciated. I went through it with my transmitter and cant get it all to work right. One thing will be working and then I'll have problems with something else. (intermittent throttle and hit the throttle hold and it drives it into the ground)

Thanks

Greg

I know this is an old post, but did you ever get this figured out? I just plugged in my 10X last night to G2, and am having the same problem. No idle-up, and no Throttle-Hold?

Got any ideas?

Take Care!

Does G2 know that you're using the TX interface? Go to Aircraft -> Edit Aircraft. If a dialog pops up to 'make a copy', select 'yes'. On the Heli Setup tab, you need to select 'My own computer radio' in the Radio Type group box.

I think that G2 just uses the outputs for each channel on your radio, so it doesn't care if you are in idle up or not. It only cares what the throttle position is [which is controlled by your idle up switch and the throttle curve].

Oh okay!! I'll setup the radio, rather then messing with the program. I was trying to setup the program to work with the radio! I'll give that a try tonight!

Thanks!

I use my 10X with G2, so I can confirm that it will definitely work, it just takes a bit of "dinking" to get the setup right.

Oh yeah! It works!! But like the above post said you just have to dink with it to make it work right.

I just got a 10X and have been having trouble getting full travel on my old RF controller. Anyone know where to get the PC interface for it?
