Check that.

They wrote that it needed more fuel but gave his OS32 the same power as his 46...Cool huh

R30V1, O.S.32, MPII

Running mine on cool power 15%, Had to enrichen it to two turns out, on a o.s. 32, but I noticed crazy amounts of power!, I had to tame down the throttle curves by five points, the heli climbs like a rocket, and has more speed, it is a little louder, has a real throaty sound, and run times are a little shorter, but the extra performance is well worth it!!

Vortech,
Do you mean 2 clicks out or 2 actual turns out. If it's 2 whole turns than your engine is probably 3.5 turns out. Is this correct?

A dude at my field has the muscle pipe 30 in his Venture and he can now keep up with Raptors. It is unreal how much more power it makes!

My friend tried his pipe out tonight and he had to turn the mixture out at least one full turn. The venture is like a new machine with this pipe.

That you have to enrichen the needles on a MPII, doesn't mean it uses more fuel than a regular muffler.

Probably the MPII doesn't create as much backpresure in the tank as the previous muffler he used. Therefore less fuel will be pressed to the carb. and you will have to enrichen the needles to get the same fuelmix.
You can also relate that to the louder sound it creates, louder sound means it is a more open muffler and therefore creates less backpressure.

The manual of my OS50 says that i have to start with two turns out. But in my R50 the needle is only 3/4 turn open and is still running a little rich. The standard TT muffler creates just much backpressure and therefore my needle settings are way off the manual.

Regards,
Bas.

MPII, O.S. 32 SXH,

I had to go from 1 1/4 to 2 turns out on the main needle, I also had to reset the throttle and pitch curves, to tame this thing down, it made the heli really wild!!, Im not quite ready for this yet!, but I know it is there ( lots of power!!) when I do need it, Hover is alot smoother, and the climb performance is Great!, I just added a Venom temp. monitor to check out the temperature, I Will post what happens.....
