The latest I have heard is the totalg is using 11 degrees instead of the 14 on over all pitch. Will I need to move the ball in on the servo arm with the new firmware or go into the software and turn it down? If I run 12 or 13 degrees how is that gunna work (travel adjust, endpoints)?
It is just the cyclic pitch that is set to 11 degrees on set up. Your non cyclic pitch stays at 14 for set up. you will want to move to the inner holes. You will also need to turn down the software back to the original settings. you will want 11 degrees at you max ATV travel. you will also have to run a different ATV number for ELE and ALE. Curtis says to start at 70 to 85%. If you run 12 to 13 degrees in set up the heli will seem nervous.

The new software seems to be going in a good direction. I do need to fly mine a little more to see if i would want anything different. There was an update to the update that came out a few days ago. ANd Curtis said the the update will be released soon and when he is happy with it. I bet it will be out by Febuary.

Velocity50/90

Anyone running the total g on the velocity50 or 90?
im having huge head and tail interactions in piro moves.
the model is balanced and the mechanical trim is set.
it will not sit still when piro in a hover and when i do piro flips the head washes out, not by a small amount a HUGE violent, fast wash out.
Everything else is locked in, stops are set up good but piro performance is terrible.
my friends trex700 is same way
anyone else have this problem?
