Well now that the receiver problem has been solved,
I have but another question on the FURY.

This afternoon, 3pm sun to my back, I noticed
the CANOPY on the fury will often 'silouette'.
Some of you know what I mean. To those who don't,
it is as though the machine "Flips" orientation 180º
and it particularly disturbing and even worst with
cloudy skies!

I tried a piece of purple elec tape at an angle over the
top of the canopy, in different orientations and it persists.

ANY SUGGESTIONS?
Any one else experienced this problem?
Tanks!
Byron

I love gravity, it always keeps my feet planted when I fly!

I like the sun to my back its when the sun is below my heli that it drives me nuts. I don't care what color the heli once the sun is below the entire bird goes black.

One suggestion: sideways flying at distance is the most tricky in this respect, if you have the tail more or less pointing in your direction it's less of a problem. But this is not abuot 180degrees flipping, it is probably 45 to 90 degrees. So I'm not sure this is what your question is about.

This is the hardest part of learning to fly RC model aircraft, particularly helis...

eventually your brain will learn to ignore the lies your eyes are feeding you, but the only solution I have found in the mean time is to have a different colour on the underside of the undercart legs as they are on top...

this way you can tell whether the farther skid is forward or behind the closer skid and give you a visual reference of the helis orientation...

My Undercart is bright pink and i use the light and dark to establish the orientation....
