I have been flying for a short time with a Raptor 30. I have not had any problems with the heli other than a couple boom strikes. The rebuilds seemed to be great and in fact the new set-ups seem to make the heli smoother. Then one flight it developed a bad vibration to the point the muffler came loose. I set it down and checked it out all over. Tried again and the vibration still was there. Could not find a problem, so now I have installed new main, spindle and tail rotor shafts, put on new blades and made sure of the balance. Still vibrates bad. I pulled the motor and it and the clutch assembly and found no problems there either. Tried pitch changes while hovering and that makes no difference. This problem began while hovering only. Anyone who has a suggestion I may try, it will be greatly accepted. Thanks --Ron

Where is the vibration?
What head speed are you turning?
Are you using wood blades?
Is the tail spinng the opposite direction as the rotor blades?
I noticed you replaced tail, and main shafts, but what about the spindle?

Could it be that the headspeed is too low? On my Raptor 30, if the engine is too rich, it will lose power around 3/4 stick and the headspeed will drop right after I lift off the ground. This causes the whole heli to wobble. Check the headspeed and engine tuning.
