i am ordering a freya tomorrow. At first i was getting anx-spec.But then the guy at my hobby shop told me that the only difference was that of the lower carbon fiber frame and the metal head with the metal mixing arms and the metal washout. So basically with the metal parts on a freya i have an x-pec is that right?Well in that case can anyone give me the part# for the metal head and the washout and the mixing arms?\
Any suggestions will be greatlt appreciated......Thanx Raj

That's not exactly correct. Check out the X-spec press release at the top of this forum section. 3rd bearing block, push/pull collective, metal washout, CF frames, metal landing gear, etc...

To fully upgrade a standard Freya to an X-spec you would spend about $600 additional over the cost of the Freya.

And some would argue most of the stuff is needed for a 91 engine.

Like:

Metal auto hub
EX fan
EX engine mount
3rd bearing block
push pull collective

Also, the metal head block is able to handle hard 3d better.

You also get the CF frames, correct pinion for the 91 and CF fins.

Or you could get the freya $475 and add:
metal auto hub $30
EX fan $40
EX engine mount $40
3rd bearing block $30
push pull collective $40
metal head block $100
CF fins $30
cool metal gear $60
CF side frames $200
EX radius block $40
EX switch plate $10
SS main shaft $45
upgraded HW $20 (LHS price)

So you can add it later for a total of $1160 or get an x-spec for $875.

Then again if you plan on hovering it with a 60 in it, the freya would be the better option.

Look in my gallery.

If I had a digital camera all my helis would be in my gallery.

I currently have 3 helis and one hanging for sale @ aerohobbies.
