I am Running a TT36 I purchased a Century Milenium Pipe and header.
I installed the exhaust system and the power increase was tremendous.
However the temperature increase was also tremendous. So much so that it actualy melted the soder on the glow plug lead. I have tryed everything I can think of and some things I got from Ricks, but nothing worked. So I removed the exhaust system and put the stock muffler back on and wa la it ran good again. still not great but at least its flyable. I got the new system to improve the power and smoothness and I'm having no luck at all if anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.

Also is there any way to test run the engine while not in the heli?
the reason I asked is there just is no way to reach the Carb whil the engine is in the heli.HELP!!!

Tuning

May be woth a look. Other wise how about a set of ' Head Loaders'

Replace the blades with these and secure the heli and you can run it without the danger. Take care however with headloders as they do not provide the same amount of drag as blades so you will need a helper to hold in rudder to 'load the engine' and give you your required head speed.

I hope this helps.

Best wishes.
