I happen to be flying MAH700 mains NHP105s on the tail, but I've been dying to get my hands on the new V2 690 or 710s and V105s.

I use SAB 710mm mains and the 106mm tails and am very happy with their performance.

Cheers, Will.

The SAB 710mm (223) and 105mm (453) are a great combo, they are extremley straight. Adjust the bladeholders parallell at mid stick
for 0 degre pitch with 2 14 mm aluminum bars (or 10mm with spacers)and the tracking will be perfect and the pitchrange symetrical.

These tailblades seems intresting too when they will become available

I am running the original V2 V-blade design on mine. They are 700mm and I am running V-105 tail blades. I like it a lot. Works great. I would like to try the new V2 V-blades, but I have three sets of the first type. So until I am blade deficient (which hopefully will never happen ) I am sticking with these. They rock!

Build it, fly it, crash it. Repeat as often as needed.

710 MAH DT's and NHP 105s on the tail. They are a sweet combo!

I flew the Mavrikk 720's. They are complete crap. Had some major pitching problems with the Mav's installed. Went to the MAH's and never looked back .

Nope. Night and day difference between the clear plastic MA blades and the NHPs.

Are you going to make it to Brooks this year?

I'm flying Mavrikk 720 Pros and alternating between Mav 102s and NHP 105s on the tail (can't decide which I like better yet) of my Extreme and it flys great. No pitching problems. Tried MA700s also but I think I prefer the Mavs.

I use my old plastic blades as backups when the need arises. $40 for a set of tail blades is just too expensive sometimes.

They leave the tail feeling 'mushy' and won't hold quite the same as the NHPs. Mostly just personal preference.

There is nothing at all wrong with the plastic tail blades. They are the tail blade of choice for me. The NHP blades are good too.

SAB 710 on the mains.

I used to think the stock tail blades were cheap crap and didnt use them. I've seen pilots like Mark Fadely, Paul Soha, and a bunch of others tear it up with them and their tails held as well as any heli with $30 tail blades. As long as you set up your tail right they will hold any manuever no problem.

I can fly with the stock plastic 105mm blades without any problems. I just thought they made the tail mushy, and I had to spend more time tending to the tail that I'd like.
