SORY FOR OUR BAD ENGLISH
Please dont delete this topic

Hello
We are so ashamed asking you!
But we have no choice.

Let we tell our story...

We are poor Ukrainian children's without parents from children's home.
Nearly 3 years ago we go to the nearest airfield "Chayka" for a tour.
There we see some people who play with radio controlled helicopters.
After it all our group (30 children's) begin to put by all of or free
money to buy a used helicopter.
Our headmaster help us to buy used helicopter.
But he (headmaster) spent rest of our money for his needs.

And now we have no money to buy RC apparatus.

Our friend (RC Helicopter pilot) tells us about famous internet-Shop
Towerhobbies (http://www.towerhobbies.com/) and advice what apparatus
we must have for our used helicopter.
There are a lot of expensive devices but we have no money for it.
So we chose most cheap device which compatible with helicopter.

Please see our Wish LIST on http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bi...3p?&S=000451392

And if you can PLEASE buy ONE Transmitter from wish list for us.
Or send used transmiter
Select yourself what of 2 RC do you want to buy
If you decided to buy it please select International Air shipping!!!
Because if you select another option we must pay custom tax.
But we have no money and cant do this. we only a children's.
You our last hope.

As gratitude we can send for you home, hand made post cards.

Thanks for attantion

I am assuming you are serious and that this is no joke.

Unfortunately this hobby is very expensive. Even if you have a heli and transmitter you need tools, fuel and spares.

Are you sure this is the right thing to do?

if it is a joke i will be very happy
But there is no joke

We have 1 helicopter Hirobo/Schutle X
With Super Tigre34 engine (fuly new)
10 liters fuel for glowing engine (presented from our friend)
(WE plan fly not every day ~~ 5 in a month)
If heli not work our friend promised us to fix it for free (he have special tools).
And as for spares:
We collected money for a used heli and i am shure that we can do it for the spares.

Our friend promised us to teach how to fly (for free too)
Nowadays we fly at computer and used keyboard against RC (we used free aviasimulator FMS)

So we need only RC (even without servos)
Are you sure this is the right thing to do?
There is a last thing we can do

PS I can send you our photos and photo of our heli

You dont need a RC Heli if your poor, buy food, and clothes. Put the rest of the money in an account, and save for your future. If you are children you have plenty of future ahead of you, and dont need to waste money on an RC hobby at this point. When I was a child, I too could not afford an RC plane, car, or heli. Wait till you get older, and can afford the hobby.

Dont get use to asking for donations, otherwise you will spend the rest of your life expecting others to fullfill your needs, and its not going to happen!!!

You must understand, we are all very cautious when it comes to "helping" people over the 'net... too many bad apples have taken advantage of people in the past.

I would suggest posting those pictures you mentioned, maybe getting one of a child practicing on a simulator...

I don't know how this will turn out, but good luck.

-- If the kids don't have a SOCCER BALL (A.K.A. "futbol"), get some of those first! They'll have much more fun over the long haul.

Whether this is real or not, I don't really care. I just have a hard time thinking that people should give others (children) handouts to get them into flying helicopters. The reason I think this is because my family wasn't poor at all, but I still had to wait a long stinking time before I could get into this hobby. Ever since I was very little (maybe 3 years old) I drooled over R/C aircraft... helicopters, planes, it didn't matter, I always wanted one but knew that I couldn't get it due to cost (there was an unspoken but understood price limit on gifts from my parents/family). I finally started to get all of these things I wanted after I got a job and earned the cash myself. Sorry if this sounds harsh, but how does being poor and from Ukraine make you any more deserving of R/C equipment than I was when I was younger? I never went to anyone asking for free handouts, because I knew I wouldn't get it.

poiuyt is correct...

This hobby is not for children. Fly a simulator and keep your fingers.
