Follow the setting data in manual:
I got 23 degree of pitch.
However, when I give max. cylic input ( aileron & elevator ), there is a little binding in swash arm.
What's the problem?
Should I lower the value in swash setting?
My Evo50 setting:
S9252 for aileron, elevator, pitch
T9Z radio
ATV 100%
SR3, AIL: +70%, ELE: -70%, PIT:60%

Have you checked the cyclic pitch with a pitch gauge?

I had to dial down my cyclics to get to 6 degrees. Any higher than that the swash bound.

I got 7 degree cyclic with original setting.
Although there is seldom such a chance to use max cyclic.
For safety, I think 6 degree will be OK.
Maybe adjust the value after more flight.

Sidney, where does it bind? In the corners? If so, entertain using a cyclic limiter ring onre the cyclic gimble.

Yes, binding at corner only.
Thanks for your advice, Al Magaloff.

Yes, SWM is CCPM and HPM is the mechanical one.
I just upgraded my Sceadu to push-pull HPM last week with 2 9252's for cylic, also got binding at the corner. I have to lower both the ATV to about 75%. It does not happen on my original HPM with 3001's though!

Correct

I run +12 / -10 on mine. Pulls like a bat-outa-hell.

With JR servos. I had to go 11.5mm - 12mm out from center on the servo arms. I also reduced ATVs to 75% to prevent binding.

I'm having more fun with this Evo than my 91 Freya!
