don't feel like the lone ranger.... it's been pouring here in TX for 3 days thanks to a little tropical storm... well at least it cooled things off but this just plain sucks... three days off and cloudy, rainy weather.... well on the flip side, I didn't crash this weekend

I was going to buy an ark,but I am going to wait untill Christmas to get one of the new models. The new arks will be faster, lighter, and built of composite materials.Unfortunately, this comes with an added cost.

I tell you what I'll be happy to cart the 9" or so that my place has had over the last three days up to you in Canada. This is nuts...I tried to fly yesterday round 4ish got the heli up for bout 10 min. and my budy screamed at me to put it on the ground. We looked over to see a wall of water approaching us. didnt make it more then 10 feet and it hit us. by the time I got everything back in the truck, I was soaked clean through.

But I got to fly damit!

Rain, What's that?
We've had less than 1" of rain in the last 2 months. It's been 90 degrees(30 celcius) since june. It's allmost too hot to fly. Just terrible, sun in your eyes, sweat running off your face, girls in bikinis...Woops sorry.
