Hi All,

So me and my Rappy 30 still spend an amount of time in the workshop 'rebuilding our relationship' - so to speak. Learning to fly new tricks 'n' stuff is taking it's toll and repair costs for the year are mounting.

The biggest cost is main blades! I've been using NHP Razor Pro's and whilst they fly like a dream, the cost of new blades is making up the bulk of the overall bill!

I'm thinking of trying 'Quick UK Composite Rotor Blades', does anyone have any opinions (good or bad)? Alternatively what other ‘reasonably priced’ blades are people using?

Ta muchely in advance!

Hi,
I have used quick UK blades twice and both times, I got the "woof" The last time my Rap 30 was about 1ft of the ground and flipped onto its side causing the usual damage, blades (1st flight with the new blades, lasted about 30 secs) tail boom, fly bar. I wouldn't buy them again. I changed back to woodies and the problem was gone.

Correct me if I'm wrong? It's when one blade suddenly develops pos pitch and the other neg pitch (wildly out of track) quite a noisy affair when it happens. This phenomenon only seems to affect some Raptors and not others.
