Why can’t Castle creations ship out a repaired item or replacement item faster than 3 weeks plus. On July 12th I sent in a repair request for my ICE 80HV. On the 13th after receiving my order# 2131-6461-2323 I sent the ESC to them 2nd day air so they could get it turned around faster. On the 22nd I received an email saying that it was received and would take 3 weeks or so to repair or replace. (This was a little frustrating to me because I am grounded until I get a working ESC) on the 10th of August I asked if I could swap it with the ICE 120HV and pay the difference so I could get up in the air faster. After receiving an email on the 12th saying they cannot make the swap/upgrade I was informed that the wait time is about 3 weeks just because they had to push back build times on this controller. So now it will it will be September before I can start flying again. I do not understand what the problem is when I can still order from many online retailers? I think Castle creations need to make their existing customers there first priority.
