I have a problem I just can not fix. Now fist things first I have put in all new thrust bearings, dampners(90), spindle shaft, and changed the blades. I was using MAH G3 600mm, now using Maverick carbon 600.
When I am flying I was geting a flutter in my blades and when I went to idle up the flutter got real bad, and the blades came out of track also. I changed the blades and the flutter has gone away in normal mode and the tracking is good. When I go into idle up I do not hear the flutter but I still see the blades out of track not as bad as when I used the MAH G3 blades, but the blades are out of track a small amount, when I go back to NORMAL the tracking is good. I slowed down my RPM's to see if that helped but not so far. I have checked my links and link rods I just can not find out what the problem is I am at the point of getting a new head to see if it is that. I use the Amzol "Red" synthetic grease and all is maintained very well, have any of you guys got an idea of what is going on??
