This is after a flight of doing some mild 3D. Should I be concerned about this vibration level?

That's not data during a flight. The spectrum graph is only real-time. So what you are see is your vibrations from the heli just sitting there on the bench. Now, you can take your main and tail blades off and spool up. Then you will see some significant vibration activity on the graph.
