Does Align make a 600e airframe without motor/esc and anodized metal everything? I looked around a bit and all I found was ESP's and kits of that sort.

Thanks

Phil

The 600E is obsolete. Doubt you can find it anymore. Closest you can get is probably the HK600GT from hobbyking, which is based on the old 600E design.

I have an old no frills 600 and it still runs great after hundreds of flights. I think that Align got greedy and now only sells combo kits with all the bling to maximize their proffit. It’s really sad that they gave up on the low cost market.

Hobby King or a used helicopter are your only low cost choices.

I hear ya, If I'm gonna spend ESP money I'll buy a Vibe or something

Thanks

you can piece them together from parts but for the most of it you can get the hk600gt and just replace the sketchy parts with align stuff.

they are an ok on things like the frame mounts booms and supports but i personally don't like the tolerances on any hk head or tail i have had seems like the bearings are always crap but i can't speak for the 600 i have yet to have one.

i fly a 600CF.

Who cares... its just money...

Currently the most bang for your buck is the Grand RC on the 550e where you can select just what you need. Now that I have a 600 and 550 the 600 sets most of the time because the 550 is a lot more fun to fly. Especially now that I have a SK720 and Scorpion motor on my 550.

I seldom see any Swift helicopters flying. How does the quality and parts availability compare to Trex? Do they make a flybarless version?
