Hi. I was searching around a few days back for MT upgrades and came across this site called CNCheli.com

They advertised full metal heads and tail setups (among other cnc parts) for the MT.

What got me interested was the fact that the head goes for around 75 bucks and the tail, 50 bucks. Not bad, considering...

Anybody have anything to say that might be helpful in determining a purchase? I know I could rock a kasama head, but that alone is pricier than these 2 assemblies.

I'm sure the quality difference is evident, but it's just my little mini; I'm not going XFC with it!

Are they better than TT stock parts? I know the tail is somewhat sloppy on mine, not bad, but could be tighter.

Any info about these specific parts would be really appreciated!!!

Thanks,

Have the full tail and swash on the way, I'll let you know what I think when I get it.

CNC Heli
I have purchased from him many times in the past. All the items have been super quality. I have the MT head and it works great. Check out his "non-functioning" night blades. the lights dont work but they are a nice flying carbon blade, and cheap too! He ships really quickly as well. usually if I order on sunday it will be to me in WV by Tuesday or Wednesday.

Oh man I just bought those blades!

Update.
While the finish on these parts is great they definitely are not a great fit.

Had to shim tail shaft on both sides to remove access endplay

Had to file mating surfaces to make fit inside pitch arm

No mods needed here

Not yet installed, hope all fits well

Overall if you don't mind a bit of work and taking a file to brand new "Precision" parts then the CNCHelicopter.com parts may be for you.
They look good at least, but I don't think I'll be ordering more from them.
I haven't contacted them yet but will and post there response to the issues listed above
