After years of flying a Raptor 50 and progressing on to a Raptor 60 & 90 size I decided it would be cheaper to run a gasser than use nitro fuel, the 90 was only doing 6 flights to the gallon . I have now purchased a Predator SE Gasser and have been told that the radio set up is a lot differant than that used for the Raptors, could anyone please enlighten me and if possible suggest what pitch and throttle curves to use with my transmitter because I don't want to give it its maiden and end up with a broken heli, thanks in advance.

Kevin.

curves
Pitch curve is very similar to regular nitro curves. Dont set up throttle curve the same. Gasser carbs are Different and dont need /use as much throe. Try hover point at about 35%

And Raptors use an mCCPM control system while the Predator uses the more modern eCCPM control system.

So be sure to set your TX accordingly, in the proper 120 degree eCCPM setting.
