Hello from France

please excuse my English

My T-rex 600 crashed today, and I don't know why.

Here is the vidéo :

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M9sB7t02-Xs

Nose-in is not a problem for me, so I don't think it is inversion.

Is that possible that the Align ESC "soft start" config. didn't let the motor reach full throttle after lost signal of the transmitter (I felt a few second before a lost signal, resulting in "reset" of all the servos).

Thanks !
Mathieu

Looks to me like you got disoriented and "dumb thumb'd" it....

Been there, done that and old enough to know better.....

not sure but your lucky it hit the ground when it did, another 15 feet and.....you get the idea

If you only have to bend over once to pick it up it's a good landing.

Must agree heli is rolling left and elevating nose up as it hits. I have made similar mistakes with dumb thumbs in past. Hope your back in the air beating it to submission.

yea the only other thing i could see would be maybe a servo burned up and slowly went down but if they are all still functioning then i agree looks like a dumb thumb.

was it an align or a HK?

Who cares... its just money...

Did you run any test on the esc and motor afterwards? They still work?

everything looked right in the video other than having a brain fart Fix it and fly it again.

It's a complex, costly, glow powered anti-gravity machine!

servo????
I blamed my crash JUST like this on a servo and yes it was locked.

I also had a 450 go in EXACTLY like this and it was simply DUMB THUMB

The bad servo makes me feel better
