I Don't Know How To Say This BUT

When I first experienced my personal disapointment with Helicopter World it was not something that warrented the over reaction I gave it. That was my fault even if I could give justification for my behavior, It wasn't deserved on Mr. Chao's behalf. I love the product he represents and the tremendous good the vision he has for his Co. to be the best in the World of Helicopters!
Just because an employee or a department didn't do what I wanted I chose a very poor way to express myself, for this Mr. Chao I must say please forgive me.
Know your vision and don't waver. When an angry customer begins to express himself be patience. As anger is like a strong wind that blows out the candel light of a reasoning mans mind. When the wind stops blowing it can then be relit
Mr. Chao thank you for your heart as I now can see again and I see that it is for your customer's joy, as they experience their hobby.

Hey man, Century didn't care about fixing the problem until after I told all of you.

They don't give a rats ass about their customers.

Century needs a policy that they pay for shipping an item back when they sent the wrong one, they are making me poor having to send all these parts back.

Thanks for bumping this spent thread back up to the top again. I thought I would post your last 6 posts here for all to see:

Yea I got one and it sucked, I sent it back for a $13 loss, Century sucks for not noting these changes on their site and letting their customers know before they buy.
Austin stinks unless you play music or are a crack head drug dealer in the business of an X lab. or even a hooker.

Do carbon fiber parts like the tail boom and boom supports hold up better in crashes, I am wondering because I am thinking of replacing all broken parts with carbon parts. They are a lot more expensive,...

Two things:

1) I don't help people who use the kind of attitude you have displayed on this message board. You pretty much screw yourself when you act like an ass.

2) If you don't like Heliworld.com go buy your parts from Dreamhobbies.com, ronlund.com or anywhere else. There are is more than on place to take your business too.

I've been with Century for a while now. the first day I worked here was november 4 1998.

My goal has always been the same:

We want R/C Helicopters to be fun, exciting and creative. I will do anyhting I can (within reason my friends) to make this hobby a positive experience.

If a customer has a difficult question then we'll try our best to find an answer.

If a customer is upset then we will find the best possible solution for the problem.

You are all very important to us and I thank you for reading my reply!
