Forgive me, I could not seem to find the answer to this in my searching....This is my first time using the 7100R, when I plug the battery in with the switch off everything stays off. When I turn on the switch everything works fine, but when I turn off the switch, the rudder and throttle channels stay on, and the cyclic servos turn off. Is this normal? I have gone through the wiring a few times, and I believe it's wired properly. It seems like anything plugged into the regulated side of the receiver stays on.....I don't think this is right, kind of a pain in the neck to remove the canopy everytime I shutdown....thoughts??

You have something wrong.
You have the switch provided with the 7100 plugged into the switch port?

As I said in my PM back to you, this did not happen before I shipped it to you, very strange indeed. Did you disconnect or change anything upon receiving the heli?

It's no big deal, I will get it figured out. I did disconnect the governor sensor and plugged in a Multigov governor, so maybe it's something with the onboard governor, maybe I can disable it somehow....I am sure it's my fault somehow...

Have you tried an experiment by just unplugging the governor sensor and then see how everything works?

Is this on a Trex? If it is, and you used the Align speed sensor with the MultiGov, you have to swap two wires around. Don't know if this applies to your problem or not.

I bet it's a wiring issue (I've done the exact same thing.)

Please tell us what is plugged into each servo port - I think you've got some device (either the gyro or governor) plugged in to both the unregulated and regulated portions of the receiver at the same time.

Thanks guys for all the input, I tried just about everything and the sensor wire for the multigov was switched and it works just fine....I believe there is something wrong with the regulated side of the receiver, as it burned up my 8900G, and when I do turn the switch back on from the off position, it causes all the servos to go haywire, and a drop link should not do that....Gonna send it in with the servo for repair then sell it.....thanks for all your help and ideas...

Just a few weeks ago, I sent in a 7100r receiver because it was giving me fits on the gyro channel and found out it was not regulating properly.
