I plan on doing a small run of 600e shafts, and a small run of shafts for the Advant 90. Both of which are 10mm. If this gets enough interest and people are willing to pay a premium price for a premium product, then I will continue on to make main and feathering shafts for 450's to 700's in the future.

been there done that when I was a MA rep, we found out that the shaft flex to much and acts like the damper were soft, it would have been nice to see if making it hollow would do better, but never tried it. I still make my own titanium 1/8 in control rods for my flybarless though

We are actively involved in the research & development of our titanium shafts. There are many variables of heat treating that effect the flexible vs brittle aspects of this metal. Rest assured,no products will be released until all testing is complete. Thanks for your feedback.

yeh! heat treated might do it! yeh! I had about 60 main shafts made up from 3/8 titaium rods , all centerless grounding to 9.98mm , I still have a few rods in my stash! But after Matt Botos couldnt get the action out of it, we went back to a hollow main shaft which is way lighter than the solid main shaft.

Good luck
