good day to all

Does anyone know if there are any bigger than 90 size pod and boom helis out there that take nitro engines, as i know that you can go really big with planes that have nitro engines,so why not helis, this is excluding the big turbine models i know of that cost thousands and thousands.
Maybe like a trex 120 nitro or equivalent manufacturer ,say a size up from 90 size.
still very zippy and fast but i think a big pod and boom with a zenoah engine in would be bigger but very sluggish just like my predator 90 is compared to my nitro 90.
EXAMPLE
TREX 120 NITRO
800MM BLADES[/B]
SUGGESTIONS APPRECIATED
REGARDS

I know only of one, but it´s not in production any more since about 10 years: The Henseleit Rocket with a Webra or O.S. 1.50.
You have a lot of 1,8 m electric options though......

i have followed davids lead and gone to the webra site and they list big 130 nitro engines still and the description of the engine in the technical breakdown list is as a quote: competition class heli engine giant scale,so what do they go in,must be something big pod and boom.
any clues

Hi John,

the most popular at the moment is The maxi-Joker 3 from Minicopter, look at their www-page http://minicopter.de/en/index.html you can get it in various versions and it should be available imediately.
Jan Henseleit http://www.henseleit-helicopters.de/index_e.html will be offering the TDR in a streched version within three months, the delivery of new orders will take place in Feb 2011 though....
Both run 800mm blades and are 1st class German engineering with superb support. Of course Align will be offering a streched 700 to take 800mm blades very soon, if you opt for a lower budget Heli.....
