So, my wife went away for the weekend, so as soon as she left, I revealed to my daughters (age 8 and 10) their new Blade mCX2 helicopters.
I had purchased 3 of them, cause well, I didn't want to be left out of the fun
So anyway, these were the easiest RTF helis I have ever seen.
Pretty decent cyclic control with excellent tail gyro authority.

My girls have gone through 2 packs, still shy to do too much, but they are excited about the potential.

I flew some forward and backwards circuits for them, and piro circles were a bit challenging but doable.

These things are going to be fun!!!!

Way to go Horizon.

Regards,
Chris

Nice Chris! I taught my wife how to fly using the original mcx. They sure are a blast!

That's great! Kids just love things that fly. Mine watches the MSR fly around with a concerned look about her (she'll be 5 months tomorrow.) My wife was holding her and let her watch me hover the B400 from the back porch. Her subsequent crying was noticably different than usual, like she was saying "I don't know about this dad, kinda looks dangerous." I'm not ancipating her wanting a heli, though she loves her helium balloon...
