HI,
I've at rex 700 with 4035 560 ,12s 1 CC 110HV, fbl v staby, 115 main gear, 690 blade and I want to use a governor mode with head speed around 2030/2050.
Using CC software simulation I can run with pinion 11 at 2030 (max value possible) at 93.4% or 2030/2050 at 87.8% with 12 teth pinion.
Which setup is better?
I think with 2030 rpm is sufficient for good 3D.
(4035 560 Kw have 10 poles true?)

I would use the 12T pinion. It's a 10 pole motor.

12

I would also recommend the 12 tooth, but primarily because of the approach angle on the two gears.

My machine has stripped several mains, but I get my best luck with a 13 tooth, fairly tight mesh and some lube on the gear.

How many watts are you pulling?

I trying both pinion but i don't know who is better.
Whit telemetry 5800W, sometimes in past flight over 6000 W,

One question, If I use the esc at 95% , the esc like a resistance ,"destroy" only 5% of current in excess for keeping the setted rpm , but I using esc at 85% burn 15% and I decrease the fly time , is correct?
