I noticed a history of Align 2 in 1 problems. I'm looking for other options on my 600nsp. What do you recommend I use to replace Align 2 in 1? Thanks for any help.

Hobby wing Ubec,
Radio South Regulators,
Scott Gray Reactor X.

There are MANY out there. None of them 2-in-1 though.

I personally think two in ones are fine. You have to consider how many are out there compared to other Regulators. I huge amount of fliers at my field use them. Yes there may be some noted problems but considering how many people use them i think its a very minor issue.
I have 3 of them and they work flawlessly.

I've never had any problems with any of my Align 2 in 1's. I use them on all of my nitro machines and really like them.

It's a complex, costly, glow powered anti-gravity machine!

I use the 2 in 1 on 3 of my machines and have had no problems. Keep the fuel off of it.

imho i used to like them and kinda still do but let me tell ya guys what happened to me last week with one. im on a very tight budget here so every thing i get either comes used or a small bit here and there and it usally takes me awhile to get a heli built. i got lucky and had a very nice tmaxx that i spent all winter building and one day i decided to list it just to see. well this guy came along and said that he had a trex 600np rxr ready new that he would trade me. really??????! so i jumped on it and never looked back. well long story short, the motor was junk the servos were sport plank servos and i had to get a gyro. no biggie. the heli was very new and built very profesonial like. guys this is my baby were talking about here and thats why im telling you all this.
so i saved about 2 months just to get a used but new ys.50st to replace the tt.46. then another month to get an ar9000 rx because the gyro i got uses 3 plugs and 3 ch on the rx. its a g550t. ok so i have the thing all set up but the servos but it flies good just no 3d here. i saved for a few weeks and found 3 new cyc servos for it and while im waiting on them it sits on the shelf ready in a moments notice
well i flew one day and brought it in,cleaned it and shelved it again. the next day and this is the moral of the story here, the next day i wanted to change some things in my tx so i turned everything on and nothing on the heli. well i thought i left the 2n1 switch on so i yanked the batt and tested it but it was fully charged....hmmmmmm,so i pull everything off.(2n1 and rx) and started to test separatly. well aparently some how the 2n1 had a voltage spike and in turn fried out my 2 week old rx. good news here was it was on the shelf when it happened and horizon will replace the rx but the 2n1 is doutfull. that was just a loss of 45 dollars, with around 20 flights on it.

what if that happened in flight and there was ppl around watching. it MIGHT have been really really bad! but at the least the heli goes down and it might have a total rekit loss in witch case i wouldnt be able to do.
guys sorry about the long post here but it might be worth something to consider and if it saves just 1 poor lil heli then it was worth it to read and take heed to . thanks guys.
