Trouble removing clutch one-way bearing? I used 10mm main mast as a punch tool...(crashed and slightly bent will do) It's easy....

1. Put the clutch in the oven for 5 - 10 mins. with 250 dec. C

2.Put the new one-way bearing in the freezer.... to shrink it. (Trex 450 one-way bearing will do....)

3. Take out the clutch from the oven and put on a vise. Then punch out the old one-way bearing....

4. Take a break with a cup of coffee....

5. By this time the clutch will be warm to touch.... Put it under a running tap water to cool it down.

6. Take out the new one-way bearing from the freezer using a nose pliers. Do not use your fingers to hold it since our body temperature makes the one-way bearing warm.

7. Put the one-way bearing on top of the clutch. Make sure the direction is correct!!

8. Use wooden/rubber mallet and punch slowly until it flush flat with the clutch surface.

9. Now you were done.

If I don't buy, I don't FLY....
