So I'm sure some of you have experienced missing parts from your Protos kit. What did you do? A Main Hobbies told me to go to MSH and let them handle it as they do not pack the kits. MSH has not responded to my e-mails.....feeling like I'm going to get screwed. Any advice?

If you get no results try posting on HF as MSH is there all of the time.

Anything is possible if you don't know what you are talking about!

I have written AMain Hobbies again and will see what happens. They should just take care of the problem. If I get nowhere I may take you up on the offer. Seems a shame a stranger will step up and fix it but those who profit want to be difficult, Thanks so much for the offer of help and I hope I will not need to accept your act of kindness.

It's the vendor responsability before you.
Then it's MSH responsability before the vendor.

In mine, one ball was missing from one of the thrust bearings...

AMain Hobbies contacted me and are more than willing to take care of my problem. It seems a new customer rep handled my case, mishandled would be more accurate. Shawn and Gregory are top notch people there and they have completely taken care of the problem, Greg even called me to apologize for the misunderstanding. They called me, how rare is that nowadays? We are all good and I would say AMain Hobbies is a solid company with good prices that really seems to care about customer service. Have no hesitations in dealing with them.
