I've setup a buddybox with a 6102 and a 9303. I don't remember the exact procedure but basically set the 9303 in "trainer" mode and leave the 6102 turned off. Plug in the trainer chord and it should turn on the 6102 and the trainer function should work. Hunt down the manual for your radio and it should walk you through it.

^^^That sounds about right

It's a complex, costly, glow powered anti-gravity machine!

Just spent some time tonight setting up a buddy box with mu 9303 and someone else's DX7. Needed to set mine to "MASTER" and his to P-SLAVE. Then we had to do the servo revering on the DX7 until the controls were right. Don't forget the gyro sense, this got me at first since it's CH7 on the 9303. I also had the adjust the throttle curve on the DX7. In the end it did work out and I was able to buddy box a few guys at the field. There may be a better way, I'm going to read up on the training mode section in the manual tonight.

Yea so in effect both radios need to be set up to be able to fly the helicopter before you can do buddy box. Thought this could be the case. It's a pity they could just make the slave radio just use the setting of the master radio or even better just give the slave the stick controls of the master radio it would save a lot of setting up.
