+1 for me, I would buy them if somebody made them. G-Force Heli said they would make them if they had enough request's. Always good to have a little extra support on the bearings,Right?

I have approached Red Black RC about doing just this and he sees the benefits. After he gets done with the new swashplates, he will start working on bearing blocks for larger mainshaft bearings.

BTW, there are probably larger axial loads than radial loads on these bearings. When everything is balanced and spinning up, there is very little radial loading. Doing huge +/- collectives can really jack up the axial loading. I don't know just how much loading there is but I suspect at least 10-15 Gs. If your heli weighs 5lbs, that is 50-75lbs axial loading on the bearings. Add to that some cyclic and you could easily be pulling 100lbs loading on some spots of the races and balls. this is over half of the rated max load for a 6800ZZ bearing.

I'd certainly buy some. I installed the g-force set on my trex 600 and it seemed smoother.

Very high, very fast, too much money, no you cant have a go!

G-Force Heli is going through with it. They are going to make the Bearing Blocks for our V50's. They said they would have some test set's done soon and are going to send me a set to test for them. So hopefully we will Have BB soon for our V50's.

Red Black RC is looking into making a bearing block with double angular contact bearings. These would be placed opposite each other and preloaded so that there would be no up/down play and these bearings will handle a lot more thrust loading. Also, no fiddling with thrust bearings.
