I am hoping that the carbon frames will fit the existing Raptor models. That would be pretty sweet . Any ides on crash costs? Looks like there is a lot of metal on this new model. Raptors may not be so cheap to fix anymore???

Rockier is a profesional Hacker for the CIA, he has been looking in all of Thunder Tigers data files at their home base.

No really, Rocky is a programer, however, he has been friends of the Szabo Family for a very long time and lives like a mile away or so.

As for the Crooked head comment made. The very first run of TT60's that came out had a bunch of kits with a crooked head. As in they came out not true out of the molds or something of that nature. That problem has been long since fixed.

Estimated Crash cost will realistically be close the the Crash cost of the 60v2. Common crash part are pretty much the same except the length of the Tail Boom and Torque tube.

Hello guyz i have been thinking and i would think that the Raptor .90 is not going to be so much different from the .60 or the .70 kit.The cost of the .90 is going to be very high because it would be the newest kit in the market.I would think that when the .90 show up the .60 price should drop and they would start makind .90 upgrade kits that would run about 250$ that's what i hope .Good luck

The basic 90 kit is gonna be just a smidge more expensive than the current 60...

The 60 "Kit" is likely to be discontinued and only ARTF's with TT70 be available...

If you want an expensive 90 then the Raptor 90 SE will be a bit more with lotsa metal and carbon

Still zilch!

I was gonna upgrade my 60V2, but now I think I'll be waiting for the release of the new kits. They sound great, but it's just a dream now, will TT get their skates on cos this money is burning a hole in my pocket!

Anyone know why the SE will only be released about a month after the STD, just to keep the eager dangling on? At this rate the Mille III will be out before it.

I have a couple of Q's for anyone in the know:

Will the Rick's O-Ring upgrade still be useful?
What blades will it be supplied with(SE)? Lovely carbon TT ones?
Anyone got an idea of the new style of decals?

Anyone got the latest? I feel like the donkey chasing the carrot on the end of a string.

Thanks Rockie! I guess we will all have to wait for it, just imagine all those carbon and alloy goodies being packed up and put in the boxes. It's gonna be like x-mas when i get one. (no pun intended).

very nice website btw rockier, It was nice to see where 50% of the whole raptor population flies. I'd love to be there every weekend. It would be a nice surprise to see the SE's sold with a good fiberglass canopy. I never had much luck painting the milkjug

Any news, keep us posted. For now I'm stuck with G2.

Figured I'd post an update here.

From Ace Hobbies, they told me the SE's are arriving at the end of this month to early next month. They will be around $800 range, but actual selling price is TBA untill all the vendors have them and price them accordingly to be competitive and what not. I've already got mine on order and am taking orders at http://www.zoomshobbies.com right now. The list of backorders on the SE kit is amazing so a lot of people might have to wait for the next run of kits to get a hold of one.

Well, thats all for now folks. I'll post some pictures as soon as the kit walks through the door.
