Turkana I see 4 holes but am I supposed to glue the Sensor into them or route the Wire out of them? I have a carbsmart on my hyper I just glues it between the fins. But if I glue them into the holes of the nova will it not break when I remove the head?? Anybody got a pic ?? Regards Pete
did you watch the video's i sent you ?

it does not go in any of those holes.

the sensor goes in between the second head fin from the top
just push slide it in their .

but you must watch the videos to do it right.

you have to use the thermal compond exc.

Insha Allah made in america

I got the 91 3D v2 last week and proceeded with break-in. It is now about 2 gallons in and really coming alive. Starts really easy and has tons of power. Also tuning is a no brainer.

This weekend Luca told me the carb should be setup the same as the 57 with the o-ring removed. With the oRing out, it needed to be leaned down a bit. Then it ran great with a consistent temp and sound.

Run it. The rust did not look substantial in the pictures you posted. Have you figured out why there were deposits on the piston top?

BTW, make sure you take the upper o-ring off the carb as Luca instructed before you run it. Mine runs much smoother after doing this. I had to lean out the high needle slightly and open the low needle.

Hey Rex

To be quite honest I don't know what deposits you are talking about.

The 3rd picture you posted on page 10 shows tiny white dots on the top of the piston and ring. Is this just a photographic illusion or some type of deposit? Look at my pics below yours. There are no such dots.

I think it just the photo, there aren't any deposits, just a bit black!
