Oh great, I guess that means taking Division down then.
Don't worry about spooling it up Steve, Just give yourself plenty of space between the heli and yourself, like 50 feet or so! and be ready to hit the deck!! No just kidding, just make sure you check the swash movements before kicking out of throttle hold.

Yeah, it looks like Sunday is out because of storms moving in, I don't think we're gunna miss any of that stuff, with a high of 80 and the cold we've had! Its pretty much gunna storm! Hopefully tomorrow might be decent. We can fly out here by Phil's place.

Steve I put a BeastX on the 550. I had Aaron test fly it for me. Yup no guts here. One minor tweak that was it. Now to get my other 700 converted over to FBL.

Bill are you going to put the beast on your 700 as well? Didn't you have a V bar at one time? I have the beast on a 450 and got caught by the swash reverse after moving to transmitter mode after initial flights! Good thing I was away from it! It took like 1 second to take off and crash!! It wouldn't go anywhere in normal mode so I flipped to idle up! Wow! My brother was with me and we both looked at each other with our mouths wide open and said WTF at the same time! Was kind of funny, but man, after thinking about it. It could have been bad! I know better than to try and fly without checking swash movement. I guess its one of those things between flying electric and Nitro. You can only check with throttle hold in electric, and you can check anyway you want with nitro, before you start it up!

Steve,
Are you sure that the broken deans did not result from the crash? The reason I ask is that on a few occasions my heli started acting strange in flight even though the Microbeast initialized normally. I thought it was from decreasing temperature during the course of the flight leading to 3 -axis drift but I cannot be entirely sure.
Others have reported similar difficulties on occasion.
Just a thought.
