I have gone thru three units and did not know what was going on (servos twitching)RHeli as always took care of me. I thought it was connectors I finally figured out what I was doing wrong I was using gel tape to hold on rx tray on helis and then align velcro wrap tight around . What that has done is all the vibrations are causing circuit board to crack solder inside .

I stole it ,flew it and gave it back ;)

Just messing with you Jeff.

Seriously though, I've had my share of vibe related failures due to an old .91 SZ.

FWIW i've had a vibration failure on a 600E with a velcro-strapped sensor. aileron gyro just up and quit.

i think its the high-freq vibes that get them.

if it ain't broke, break it.

I agree on high frequency vibes from nitro motors I have vbar on 600e and haven't had any issues yet . I'm wrapping in foam now .

I stole it ,flew it and gave it back ;)

hey Jeff,

i think that will take care of it...definitely frustrating...

Guys, Jeff has absolutely perfected the vbar setups... he has helped me so much over the past and my machines fly great because of his tweaking...now if only i can get better at the actual flying part...lol....

Just saying thanks Jeff for all the help with the machines....
