I usually just use the good old trial and error method.

i got it, it was a programing issue. i did follow horizon tips but they work well with the spectrium servos but the hitech servos are different and just reversing the switches does not work so had to use negative numbers instead of positive ones. hey at least i still have hair left

reversing

sometimes just reversing the servo is not what you need to do. there is also a program in the dx7 where you have to adjust the swash to get the correct movement for the swash. and the direction of travel on the cyclic. Find a local flier to help you. I would if I lived your way. I not the best flier. But I can setup good. At least to a good starting point, before fine tuning by flying.

programing ccpm is a lot different then programing my raptor. my raptor i had that done in just 2 min and the blade 1/2 a day with some hair missing. around here its hard to find help, everyone has fatuba and are against spectruim OR they don't teach anything unless you have a top notch machine which the blade is not. but that ok at least i will know how to do it next time i do get a top notch machine

Lucky for me I had help down here. I had some friends show me how to setup both types. Mechanically they are the same. Electrical was the tricky part. Getting the servos to go the right way was the hard part. After that the rest is a breeze. Just make sure at zero pitch all your servos on the cyclic are at 90 degrees without any trim. Use sub trim if you have to. Also insure the swash is level and the bell hillier mixer is straight across. The blade pitch should be at zero. Adjust the ball links as needed to get everything level.
