imo it really depends on what you want it for. If you're going to fly around the living room at home, and be dinging it off walls, go with the FP 4#3b. If flying upside down is a must and you have a little more space, go with the novous...

If it can't hover, it ain't worth flying.

If this is your first heli then they are not going to last long.

Get yourself a decent sim and practive then decide what you might want.

If your looking a for a good indoor machine then get the Blade MSR.

Yes your going to have to have something....

Really depends on what sim you get if it has a driver to run your Tx.

I think Phoenix has some drivers for Walkera Tx's but the Tx has to have a trainer plug for the sim cable to plug into.

My recommendation is for you to get the phoenix Pro as it comes with a Tx albeit not a good one.

If you don't have a sim, and you're not already proficient with helis I suggest shying away from the novus cp. I suspect like any other CP helicopter it will explode upon impact with anything. The 4#3b would be a little more forgiving since it's fixed pitch, although still a helluva handful to fly for a newbie.

If it can't hover, it ain't worth flying.

When I first got the novus cp out of the box it flew well and was satisfied with the way it flew. But after about 20 flights the eboard burned up. I was talking to friend that boutght a novus cx for his child for Christmas and his was bad right out of the box. I would stay with eflite brand as my experience with them have been great.

Got to have my cup of heli in the morning.
