Do I recall that you found the crank out by 0.002? If so on a modded engine then that needs checking/returning.
If a stock engine then options are to get it modded or by a trued crank and swap it out (PITA) SO LONG AS you weren't putting side forces on stuff when indicating it
Only with a true crank can you really be sure if you got the hub/fan OK

If you have a piston stop, this simplifies positioning the hub by stopping at the same place all the time.. If you don't get it right the first time, simply mark the hub since it is relative to the shaft in the same position. You can mark on the motor fan plate if you want for the shaft postion instead of the shaft itself. That way you can see the hub mark, and the shaft positions together.
I find the high spot, and turn it 180 degs, if that doesn't work, I move to 90 or 270....

Once the hub is done, then go for the clutch... You have 4 positions to play with...Get the best position.. If you tighten bolts and it throws it off, momiter it with dail indicator with each twist...

If that doesn't work, and you can just press it in, and its perfect with out bolts, but the bolts screw it up..Note the position, and take it back out, and put blue locktite on the hub part of the clutch.. position it quick, and put the bolts in for alignment only... Check and make sure its perfect, then walk away from it for a day, then come back and tighten the bolts.. Monitor each bolt with the dial indicator.. You may have to change and tighten a different bolt, and not totally finish that bolt in order to keep the dail correct...In some cases you want have to do this...
Make sure you have the tools to do this, and it will be easy...The fan puller is worth getting.. You may have to modify the a new 6.mm bolt, and polish the top so that the puch bolt doesn't dig into the top, when you pop the fan...
hope this helps,
Bill
