Just wanted to say thanks to Hirobo for putting out good helicopters, great service and support. I have owned several Hirobos over the years and they all have been top notch quality. Its is good to know that the Hirobo reps are always checking our posts and answering our questions. They are even a phone call away if needed. You cant get this kind of support from other heli manufactures. The others dont seem to care at all if you have a concern and could care less about your problem it seems. Also being new to RR, I have noticed very quickly that the people on the Hirobo forums are more inclined to help you out than the people on the other heli forums. The others seem like they are angry all the time. Owning and flying a Hirobo gives you a good sense of assurance knowing that if you have a concern or a problem, you are not alone. Keep up the great service and support.

Russ you are absolutely right.
The Hirobo and this forum has been a great help.

When I first ordered my SDX I asked about it on the forum here.
Got lots of reply's and PM's giving advice and support.

People like Dr.Ben, Greg at MRC and Rick (S76Mech) have been a tremendous help and very supportive.(and several others) I don't think you will find people like this on other forums.

I'm glad I bought my SDX and I love flying it.

Thanks, TheWoodCrafter

Other Reps could just be angry from constantly fixing their machines all the time... That's why I switched to Hirobo. I was tired of replacing parts.

I fully agree with Russ.

Thanks guys you are doing an awesome job. The support I got to date is absolutely amazing.

The combination of quality and support can't be compared with any other manufacturer or team out there.

I am hooked!

Just noticed the same thing. I've been in RR for a while, but mostly in the Trex sector. There's no drama here in the Hirobo sector, just awesome people willing to give good advice all day long. Makes me love my Hirobo more

I would like to thank you all for your support and for proudly flying Hirobo

My father had a Shuttle before I was born. I learned to hover on the SKYLARK sim and then hovered the Shuttle (that is older than me) when I was 6. I have never crashed it and I still have it. I grew up with Hirobo and since day one. I knew the Hirobo was top notch. To me Hirobo symbolizes class and quality. I would have never though I would be where I am today supporting what I grew up with and meeting all my new friends so, Thanks Again.

I would like to take advantage of these post to ask if I´m correct about the Shuttle being the longest production heli of all times. As long as I remember the first version dates from mid 80's so it is almost 30 years old and with the original shape on most of the parts. I think that this is a simbol of quality and success for the product and mainly for the company. A don´t think that there is any other model with that history.

I have been flying Hirobo for almost 20 years and my 19 year old Eagle still looks and flies like new.

Congratulations to Hirobo Team!!

One of the things that makes it a pleasure to fly for MRC and Hirobo is that the questions I normally get are based on how do I make the product fly its best, versus how do I make the product work in the first place. I'm always happy to handle both kinds of queries, but for the person that has spent their hard earned money on a nice model, there is a difference. No model is perfect, but at least these Hirobo products give the buyer the benefit of not being the V1 beta tester to tell the mfg. what should have been resolved before the product was ever released.

Yes I gotta say in starting out my Evo was a fantastic heli, abit on the heavy side it was but looking back it flew well. Sometimes I wish I had it still so I could do more on it

...Once upon a time there were Nitros, flybars and frequency pins...
